Who We Are
We Have Impacted the Lives of an Estimated 600 Foster Children and At-Risk Youth
About Mavix Community Outreach
Mavix Community Outreach was born from both joy and heartbreak. Our family found immense joy and healing through the race community, but during the COVID pandemic, we faced the painful reality of having our oldest grandson and step-granddaughters enter foster care. Determined to turn our heartbreak into something meaningful, we created Mavix to share the transformative power of the racing world with others, especially foster children.
We believe that simply being exposed to the car community can be life-changing, just as it was for us. Mavix strives to give every young person the chance to pursue their dreams, no matter their circumstances. By introducing foster children and troubled teens to the motorsports world, we aim to spark a sense of purpose and connection, then help them further their education through partnerships with non-profits that offer trade school scholarships.
We believe every child deserves a chance to thrive, no matter their circumstances. We are dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of children and young adults by providing the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to succeed.
Our programs focus on fostering a sense of community, empowering young people, and creating pathways for a brighter future. We deliver a range of services, from distributing essential care packages and school supplies to offering enriching experiences like summer camps and workshops. By addressing the unique challenges that foster youth face, we aim to fill the gaps in their support system and inspire confidence and resilience.
We understand transitioning through foster care can be overwhelming, which is why we’re committed to providing a nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and understood. Our team of volunteers and staff work tirelessly to ensure each child we serve receives the care and attention they deserve.
In addition to our youth support programs, Mavix Community Outreach collaborates with local communities and organizations to raise awareness about the foster care system and encourage collective action. We can create meaningful change for today’s foster youth and set the foundation for their future success by working together.
Join us in our mission to uplift foster children and provide them with the tools to flourish. Together, we can be the change.
